Terms & Conditions

All clients are required to read and sign our privacy policy and complete a digital consultation form prior to commencing treatments.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult. 

Certain medical conditions may be contra-indications to a range of treatments. If you have an existing medical conditions, please call the salon on 07718700655, prior to booking online, and one of our qualified therapist can determine if we can offer treatment.

Revitalize is a unisex salon, and we welcome all clients. However, we reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom we deem unsuitable, that may put our therapists or other clients at risk or harm.

The salon has double door access with no steps, to the main entrance. Therefore we can accommodate wheelchair users. However please inform the salon, prior to booking, so the therapists can prepare for your treatment on the ground floor, to ensure a comfortable experience.

Due to the nature of the salon, the treatments and  other clients, we would please ask you to refrain from bringing babies and toddlers into the salon. In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off or silenced during your visit to our salon.

Tinting, Henna, Lash Lifts, Eyelash Extensions and Pro Power Peel treatments, require a patch test consultation at least 48 hours prior to treatment. A 50% booking fee will be charged upon consultation to secure bookings, which is non-refundable. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months or has had changes to the health, must have a repeat patch test before their treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the therapist being unable to carry out the treatment .

Any purchase over the value of £100.00 will require a 50% booking fee, which is non-refundable. 

In circumstances beyond our control,  we may need to cancel, reschedule or transfer your appointment to another therapist. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible. 

Out of consideration for other clients, clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule, or will have their appointment time reduced but will still be charged full appointment time.
